Dobrý deň ,chcem sa spýtať aký je postup pri reklamácii tejto vírivky ,lebo po mesiaci mi prestala táto vírivka nahrievat vodu vo vírivke. Škatuľu som vyhodil a teraz neviem ako postupovať ,neviem či existuje nejaký opravár ,ktorý by v rámci záruky nás navštívil a obzrel tento problém ,aby bola vírivka funkčná . Dobrý deň, poprosím o info aký je vnútorný rozmer vírivky a v akej hrúbke je dodávaná podložka (je vhodná na drevenú konštrukciu?) Ďakujem.
