Dobrý den, koupil jsem si u vás akuvrtačku BOSCH GSB 12V-15 Professional 2x2Ah. Všechno OK, funguje, perfektní parametry. Jako bonus zdarma jsem obdržel USB Adaptér GAA 12V. Ten však řádně nefunguje. Chtěl jsem jej v rámci 14 denní doby k vrácení zboží na prodejně vyměnit, ale řekli mi, že není součástí kupní smlouvy. Musel bych vrátit celou vrtačku a koupit si ji znovu. Myslím, že by to byla zytečná byrokracie. Opravdu by nešlo mi vyměnit pouze bonus GAA 12V?
