Ceresit Sanitary silicone CS 25 balibrown, 280 ml

Ceresit CS 25 Sanitary Silicone is a premium acetate sealant designed for filling expansion and connection joints between ceramic wall and floor tiles. Thanks to its elasticity and high resistance to water and temperature, it is ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, shower enclosures, on balconies and terraces. Its innovative formula with MicroProtect technology provides triple protection against mould and microorganisms, which guarantees a long lifespan and a hygienic environment. Ceresit CS 25 provides excellent adhesion to dry, non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, ceramics and porcelain. Its universal use covers both interior and exterior applications, and it is available in a wide range of colours.

How to use:
1. Before applying CERESIT CS 25, the substrate must be prepared and ensured that it is clean, dry, free of moisture and cleaned with a solvent (glass, aluminium). CS 25 always remains elastic, which is why it is recommended for active joints. Joints must be secured with tape to prevent excess silicone from overflowing the joint surface.

2. Cut the tip of the nozzle cap according to the width of the joint. CERESIT CS 25 should be applied directly to the joint surface with a silicone gun and then smoothed with a spatula dipped in a soap and water solution. After applying CS 25, remove the tape you used to prepare the joint.

3. After applying CERESIT CS 25, ensure the joints are smoothed within 5 to 10 minutes. Uncured material can be removed with a solvent and cured parts can only be removed mechanically. CS 25 should be left to dry for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 3 hours.
