What to focus on when choosing nippers

Blade material - try finding pliers made of induction hardened cutting steel if you want sharp and clean-cutting blades.
Blades - must be sharp and fit together with minimum clearance. This is necessary if you want precise and sharp cuts.
Nippers can be divided into:
Standard nippers - designed for cutting soft and hard wires. Very popular among electricians and fitters. There are also special nippers designed specifically for electricians. These nippers have electrical isolation and can withstand voltages up to 1000 V.
