The Riwall high-pressure cleaner runs on an electric motor with a power of 1500W, which allows it to reach a pressure of up to 120bar with a flow rate of 432l/hour. One of the greatest advantages of this model is the full metal pump with a self-priming function, so the pressure cleaner is not limited to using a pressured water supply, but it can just as easily take water from a tank or bucket. Dnes jsem si přinesl myčku z Alza obchodu v Benešově. Přístroj nelze sestavit protože ani jeden nástavec s tryskou nelze zasunout do rukovjeti . Otvvor má průměr 15mm a nástavec s tryskou (oba)mají průměr 16mm. Mám reklamovat a kde jen nástavce a nebo se vláčet do obchodu s celým aparátem ?

Dobrý den, mám stejný problém jako pán přede mnou. Dvě ze tří trysek mají jiný tvar ,,bajonetu" pro zasunutí do pistole. Tak je zboží na reklamaci a vrácení.

Dobrý den. Dnes koupena tlaková myčka a zjištěno, že tři trysky mají větší průměr a nejdou nasadit do rukojeti. Tam jde jenom jediná a ta je viditelně menší, než ty tři. Při reklamování musím dovést celou kompletní myčku, nebo stačí jen rukojeť s tryskami? Děkuji
