Scheppach EXC 815 - mini excavator
This compact mini excavator, with an operating weight of 563.5kg and the ability to dig off-axis, is the ideal tool for a wide range of excavation tasks, garden maintenance, land levelling, loading and unloading materials onto vehicles, and more. Thanks to its slim design with a track width of just 690mm, it can easily navigate narrow passages and confined spaces.
Operating specifications
Operating parameters include a maximum digging depth of 1,200mm, a reach of 2,330mm, a loading height of up to 1,350mm, and a dumping height of up to 2,100mm. The boom can be rotated at an angle of +/- 70°, allowing for precise work even in tight spaces. It comes standard with a 290mm wide bucket with a capacity of 0.011m³, which is suitable for smaller earthmoving tasks. The mini excavator also features a robust 150mm wide rubber track drive that can be controlled independently. The drive system allows for a maximum speed of 1.7km/h and a climbing ability of up to 15°. It also includes a large levelling blade that can be lowered to stabilize the arm or to move soil. Powerful LED lighting integrated into the machine’s arm ensures good visibility in low-light conditions.
Design
The excavator is equipped with a powerful four-stroke gasoline engine with an output of 8.5HP and a displacement of 306cm³, providing sufficient power even for more demanding tasks. With a rotation speed of 9.3rpm and a full 360° rotation range, it ensures maximum flexibility during operation. Its powerful hydraulics offer a breakout force of 4.2kN on the arm and 8.8kN on the bucket. An electric starter ensures easy starting, and a parking brake with a hydraulic lock ensures safety.
