Dobrý den, tiskárnu vlastním už přes týden a dnes jsem potřeboval použít funkci "Skenování do počítače" ale narazil jsem na problém. Tiskárnu mám nastavenou do sítě, nikoliv skrze USB port. V domácnosti mám celkem 3 počítače (připojené k té samé wifi síti, samozdřejmě) ale v seznamu pc se mi zobrazuje jen jeden (tímto pc jsem tiskárnu nastavoval). Po kliknutí se "připojuje" ale nic se neděje (animace zmizí). Po rozkliknutí rozšířeného nastavení na mne vykouklo tohle: External Link Zkoušel jsem odinstalovat a nainstalovat tiskárnu ale bez výsledku. Poradí mi někdo co s tím? Díky!!

Lze použít pro jednoduchý sken, otočení a oříznutí naskenovaného materiálu použít i jinou aplikaci, než od společnosti HP??? Jsem již znechucen nefunkčností aplikace HP Smart. Po poslední aktualizaci aplikace (listopad) je jakákoliv snaha o použití aplikace marná. Otevíráním této aplikace stráví uživatel 8 minut, celé menu je neskutečně pomalé a když se mi náhodou povede naskenovat pár stránek, tak při následné snaze naskenované stránky otočit a oříznout aplikace spadne :). Podle uživatelských recenzí nejsem sám a se stejnými problémy se potýkají i ostatní PC v síti. Nemohu si nainstalovat pouze nějaký ovladač na skenování a úpravu skenů? Aplikaci HP smart potřebuji funkční jen na skenování (ostatní věci jako např. správa tiskárny je také nepoužitelná, samé chyby tiskárny, bla,bla, prostě HP...) Moc děkuji za rady. PS: na jejich slavnou "zákaznickou podporu" jsem zkoušel samosebou volat ale 5x neúspěšně :D

Dobrý podvečer, dnes se mi povedlo ve webovém nastavení uzamknout vše heslem proti konfiguraci jiným člověkem v síti a nedaří se mi přihlásit. Zadal jsem heslo ale chce to po mne i jméno. Zkoušel jsem různě admin ale nic. Momentálně mohu jen tisknout a zobrazit si hladinu inkoustu. Co mám dělat? Co mám zadat za jméno?

Zdravím, dnes jsem měnil cartridge (912 černá) . Vše proběhlo v pořádku ale když jsem se pak namátkově podíval do tiskárny tak jsem si všiml že narozdíl od hezky rovně seřazených barevných je tahle trochu natočená doprava. Nemůže to vadit? Nemůže inkoust vytéct do n žádoucích částí tiskárny? mohu tuto cartridge znovu vyndat a vložit jí opětovně? Tiskárna nehlásí žádnou chybu v instalaci kazety ale raději se ptám. Díky za pomoc

Zdravím, dnes jsem při tisku zjistil, že mám "velmi nízkou hladinu inkoustu" (jen černého). Mám již vyměnit cartridge když tiskárna pořád tiskne dobře? kdy se má cartridge měnit? tiskárna mi "řekne" abych pro pokračování v tisku vyměnil náplň? Nemusí se měnit všechny barevné najednou i s černou? Díky!!
