A new generation of processors are coming
Outside of the laptop, the latest Intel 7th generation processor technology is hidden. This notebook contains the Intel Core i5 7200U, which belongs to the new Kaby Lake family. The main advantage of this processor is its lower power consumption, which gives better battery life so that you can last longer without the need for a power socket. The dual-core processor works at up to 3.1GHz.
To ensure that the notebook runs as fast as possible, there is a combination of SSD and HDD drives, giving a total capacity of 1256GB. You can back up your data using an optical burner or a card reader.
Easy and seamless connectivity
As far as connectivity is concerned, the notebook will provide everything you can think of. Do you want to watch a movie or a TV show in the living room? Take advantage of the HDMI output to transfer the image from the laptop and to your TV.

For security against today's threats, you have HP's Security Manager and/or the data encryption capability that is contained on your disk drive. Excellent security is also provided through a fingerprint reader or the TPM 1.2 chip, which is responsible for encrypting critical data using encryption keys and a Kensington lock that ensures physical security.
