Dobrý den, koupil jsem u vás počítač HP 280 G1 MT a po spuštění PC nejde připojit do sítě, hlásí, že není nainstalován ovladač k sítovému adaptéru a dále ovl řadič USB, ovl sběrnice SM, řadič jednoduché komunikace po sběrnici PCI. Co s tím? děkuji Petr Opálko

Dobrý den, koupila jsem tento pc a přikoupila monitor Benq. Instalaci jsem provedla po vložení pc k monitoru, a u pc jsem to dělala ,,ručně bez cd přes internet postahovala,, až po týdnu jsem našla v krabici zapadlé instalační cd -Operating System DVD Windows 10Pro.Předtím se mi tam stáhli Windows 7 a bylo to lepší!!!! Teď když už se blíží termín konec bezplatného přechodu na Windows 10 kde nemůžu stáhnout žádný OFFICE základní zdarma z internetu-nevyužívám to tak často abych si jen ,,pronajímala licenci na rok ,, . Mě zajímá zda když odinstaluji Windows 10 a stáhnu si bezproblémovou verzi Windows 7 Pro ,která se mi sama stáhla původně a podporuje většinu Office programů, jestli po čase když si to rozmyslím z nějakého důvodu, mohu zas bezplatně pomocí CD -Operating System DVD Windows 10Pro. Naistalovat zdarma ?
