The HPE 1820 Series is a flexible solution for smaller organizations where high network performance, ease of use and low total cost of ownership (TCO) are required. HPE 1820 48G PoE+ is a manageable gigabit switch without the need for initial configuration, so it can be used immediately after unpacking and connecting the cables. It can be customized through a graphical user interface in the web browser. An unparalleled advantage is 4 poE+ ports for remote network power supply.

HPE 1820 48G PoE+ is ideal for organizations requiring simplicity. The HPE 1820 Series features a web-based interface with improved navigation for easy management of devices and for low-tech users. The switch supports flexible installation options. It can be placed on a table, mounted on it, mounted on the wall, or in a rack cabinet.
Flexible and energy efficient
Customizable HPE 1820 48G PoE+ switches include VLAN, Link aggregation trunking, Spanning Tree and IGMP Snooping. It also supports Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) for faster network recovery and DSCP QoS policy to prioritize time-sensitive packets such as VoIP and IPTV. Energy is saved via the Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE), shutting down unused ports, or planned running of the PoE ports.
