The HPE Aruba 2540 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ switch is made for enterprises attempting to go wireless. Secure, reliable, and easy to use, this fully manageable switch offers a full range of 2nd layer features with high levels of access security, traffic priority, sFlow support, and advanced IPv6. Easy to use, they provide unified ClearPass Policy Management, Airwave Network Management, and Aruba Central cloud management to quickly set up remote branch offices with minimal IT support.

Safety and Quality of Service (QoS)
The HPE Aruba 2540 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ switch supports flexible authentication methods including local MAC, 802.1X, web and RADIUS / TACACS+, SSL for enhanced security. Advanced DOS protection solutions, such as DHCP, ARP dynamic protection, and dynamic IP blocking, further increases security. ACL and QoS tracking lists are there to provide operational control. Prioritisation of IEEE 802.1p traffic classifies real-time traffic under eight priority levels assigned to 8 queues.
Robust ClearPass Policy Manager and Airwave Network Management
The HPE Aruba 2540 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ switch is compatible with ClearPass Policy Manager so you can maintain a consistent policy through the entire network for both wired and wireless users. This simplifies the implementation and management of login credentials, network access, security, QoS, and other networking rules for all users. Airwave Network Management then provides a common platform for managing and monitoring all compatible corporate devices.
