Dobrý den, přišly nám Dostihy a Sázky, zabalené v originální folii, ale uvnitř chyběly peníze od 1000 výš. Psal jsem ihned na stránky výrobce, ale ti mi vůbec neodpověděli. Je možné to řešit jinak než reklamací a vrácením zboží? Mám vše nafoceno. Děkuji.
