I-TEC USB-C Dual Display (MST) Docking Station

Connect the docking station, with a single cable, to a laptop or tablet, and you're completely ready for use with your desktop. The USB-C port can be used for high-speed data transfer and for powering your notebook. Once connected, your devices start charging immediately. The supplied 100W adapter easily handles both peripherals and the notebook itself.

Modern USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port

With the USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 ports, the speeds are high enough for use of peripherals with USB 3.0 and other USB-C devices(for example with mobile phones). They are also more than adequate for image transfer. It can handle Ultra HD (at 30Hz) or 2 displays with a working resolution of 1,920 × 1,200 pixels. For Apple notebooks: One 4K monitor maximum.

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsme včera tento zánovní dock, v balení chyběl USB C kábel, tak jsem ho musel dokoupit, nechtěl jsem řešit reklamace atd.. Dneska jsem si vyzvedl USB - C kábel na propojení docku s mým notebookem ASUS ZENBOOK UX430UN-GV033T. Zapojil jsem do docku monitor přes hdmi kabel jedná Dell U2412M | Dell a nic se neděje. přes dock nejde ani připojit TV (/LG) Prostě se v NTB nenabízí dalůší připojený monitor. Dock je na zdroji a zapnutý. Co s tím ?

Dobrý den, dokovací stanice je systémem Windows 10 rozpozná jen v případě, že je notebook zapojen do AC adaptéru. Pokud notebook běží na baterii a připojím dokovací stanici žádný její port není funkční a to včetně nabíjení notebooku. USB-C port v notebooku, v režimu na baterii, funguje. Je toto chování standardní, nebo se jedná o vadu přístroje a můžu tak uplatnit reklamaci?
