This external box features a built-in hardware RAID controller, an aluminium design, a quiet fan with speed control and a user-friendly design for easy removal of hard drives. It is especially useful as a massive storage solution for digital photos, music and video libraries, fast data backup, or even video editing. Due to a USB 3.0 with UASP support, data transfer rates are at above-standard speeds that utilise modern hard drives better. All of these are essential features for professionals who want tools for fast and efficient work with data.

Advanced Possibilities
ICYRaid allows you to choose between RAID 0 (speed), RAID 1 (security), BIG or JBOD. With the LED indicators you will see the current state of the relative hard drive. In addition to signalling activity or RAID status, they will also warn you if any of the hard drives have failed (in RAID 1). If the LEDs disturb you, you can turn them off if you wish. You can also download a monitoring software to see detailed information about drives.
Sophisticated Design
You can install or replace the drives without any additional tools. It uses practical hard drive compartments that simplify the replacement process just to a few steps. Once you have hard drives ready, just open the small door, insert the hard drives, and choose RAID settings. To provide the hard drives with just the right environment, the external box is made of aluminium and has an active cooling system. It uses a 40mm fan with a very quiet ball bearing. The fan's speed is adjustable, so it has quiet and guarantees optimal heat dissipation in case of high workload.
