Dobrý večer, postupuji dle návodu, ale nejde mi spárovat hodinky s mobilním telefonem. Mobilní telefon hodinky nalezne, ale pak napíše, že se zařízením nelze komunikovat. Je možné, že v hodinkách není zapnuté bluetooth? Popřípadě, jak ho mám zapnout? Předem děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, aplikace v telefonu přestala komunikovat s hodinkami, hodinky fungují správně, bohužel nechodí notifikace z telefonu, aplikace nestahuje data z hodinek, atd. Aplikaci WearHealth jsme zkusili již několikrát přeinstalovat a stav stále bez změny. Nemáte nějakou radu jak postupovat dále, případně doporučení jiné aplikace pro tyto hodinky? Děkuji

Dobrý den, aplikace WaerHealth přestala komunikovat s hodinkami. Nepřicházejí notifikace z telefonu, aplikacuje nestahuje naměřená data a nelze ani přes aplikaci obnovit hodinky do továrního nastavení. Nepomohlo opakované přeinstalování aplikace. Mohu požádat o radu, případně o informaci, zda lze k hodinkám použít jinou, lépe fungující aplikaci, ke které i občas vyjdou nějaké aktualizace a ne jen jedna z poloviny prosince 2019?
