Dobry den, v rámci akce "cenové trhaky" byla Insta360 ONE X2 ve sleve 20% s kodem 22TRHAKYCZ20. Zadal jsem si zbozi do košíku a již tato sleva nefunguje. Je to záměr, nebo chyba na strane e-shopu? Děkuji

Dobrý den Můžete mi poradit jak rozchodit tento dálkáč Dálkový ovladač ke kameře Insta360 ONE R / ONE X / ONE X2 s kamerou insta 360 one x2 ? Ovladač spáruji a do vypnutí kamery či ovladače je vše ok. Ovšem po opětovném zapnutí ovladačem se sice kamera zapne, ale už se nepřipojí, což je na dvě věci. Musím opět opakovat cely proces spárovaní jako napoprvé. A to je hloupost. Všiml jsem si vyskočení zelené hlášky při připojení ovladače a ta krátce oznámí připojení dálkového ovladače. Když vypnu kameru, nebo ovladač, na kameře vždy vyskočí červená hláška “ovladač odpojen” - proboha proč. Děkuji za radu.
