Intel 540s M.2 240GB SSD
The 540s series brings a number of great features to the table. The drive has a remarkably low power draw despite its extraordinary speed and its optimised architecture delivers great performance when working with small files (even when writing), which boosts the system and application flexibility. Its solid and durable design makes it a reliable storage solution, covered by a 5 year warranty by the manufacturer.
Key Features
- Affordable SSD with outstanding performance
- Intel quality and reliability (5 year warranty)
- Optimised for reading and writing small files (4K IOPS)
- High speeds during continuous read and write
- Low power consumption further reduced in combination with 6th generation Intel Core processors
Balanced SSD
The Intel 540s offers a unique twist on the "single level cell" (SLC) cache memory and "triple level cell" (TLC) NAND memory architecture. This nets you a platform-wide performance boost at a great price-per-gigabyte ratio. Energy-efficient operation saves the battery of your mobile device and the drive has a special synergy with sixth-generation Intel Core processors, reducing the power consumption even more.
