Powerful mini computer

The Intel NUC 5I3RYK (The Next Unit of Computing) features a powerful and very cost-effective Intel Core i5 5250U processor. Thanks to TurboBoost II technology, it can boost the basic 1.6 GHz clock speed to an impressive 2.7 GHz that allows you to seamlessly play movies, browse photos, or multitask in several applications simutaneously. Even at full load its power consumption doesn’t exceed 15 W, which means the PC produces very little excess heat and the cooling remains whisper quiet. The processor supports Hyper-Threading technology that allows it to function as if it were a quad-core processor. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 6000 graphics card takes care of graphic rendering.

Configurable device

The computer is encased in a compact body with two SO-DIMM slots, leaving the choice of system memory up to you. Connective features include two USB 3.0 connectors on the front—one blue high-speed USB 3.0 connector and one yellow, which is constantly powered. So you can charge your smartphone even if your computer is turned off. Another two blue USB 3.0 ports can be found on the back, along with mini HDMI and mini DisplayPort connectors. The mini PC also has a M.2 SSD slot and an integrated network card with speeds reaching 1 Gbps.
