Powerful mini computer

The NUC 5I3RYK (The Next Unit of Computing) is powered by a powerful and highly efficient Intel Core i5 5250U processor. From the base frequency of 1.6GHz, TurboBoost II technology can climb to a decent frequency of 2.7GHz. This allows for seamless multitasking and convenient work in multiple applications at once. Playing movies, viewing photos, or doing normal activity is absolutely seamless. Even the full load does not exceed 15W. There is no excess heat, so cooling is extremely quiet. The processor supports Hyper-Threading technology which allows it to function as if it were quad core. The graphics card is the Intel HD Graphics 6000 graphics card.

Configurable packaging

Your computer is stored in a compact body that has the option of adding operating memory in a pair of SO-DIMM slots. Connectivity features include a pair of USB connectors, one blue high speed USB 3.0 and a yellow one that is continuously powered. It will charge a smart phone even if your computer is turned off. The other two blue USB 3.0 ports are on the back, along with mini HDMI and mini DisplayPort connectors. The computer has an M.2 SSD drive slot and a built in network card with a speed of up to 1Gbps.
