Intel Pentium G4620
Intel is releasing already the 7th generation of its "i" processors, this time codenamed Kaby Lake. Basically, the architecture is similar to the previous successful Skylake series. Intel, however, has worked on optimizations and the result is a processor that delivers real performance growth while maintaining minimal energy demand.
Key features
- Ideal for an office PC
- Operating frequency up to 3.7GHz
- Compatible with existing generation of motherboards with the 1151 socket
- Integrated Graphics Intel HD Graphics 630
- Box cooler included
Improved production technology
Architecture Kaba Lake is again based on 14nm manufacturing process. The Kaby Lake architecture is based on the 14nm manufacturing process. What seemed to be almost impossible in the beginning, is now a piece of cake for Intel, which manufactures its processors with stunning excellence, providing great performance for a great price. Massive data throughput is provided by the proven Hyper-Threading Technology for simultaneous processing of 4 threads. The processor Intel Pentium G4620 reliably operates at the frequency of 3.7GHz.
Access to data is greatly facilitated by the fast 3MB L3 cache that gives cores enough time for an immediate response to all applications. This excellent processor will surely serve as a reliable foundation for your computer set.
Compatibility with your motherboard
Thanks to Intel's focus on optimizing existing technology, the new Kaby Lake processors are compatible with the already existing motherboards with 1151 slots. The only necessity is to verify compatibility with the motherboard manufacturer and make a relatively simple update of the UEFI environment
