Dobry den,bohuzel v aplikaci od vyrobce ani ve spratelene aplikaci Tuya vyrobek nevidim v seznamu podporovanych vyrobku a ani aplikace nenajdou produkt pri automatickem hledani.Mam od vyrobce nekolik dalsich cidel a sparovani s aplikaci nebyl jediny problem.Po prostudovani manualu pred koupi i nyni je cidlo pripojitele pres wifi tudiz nepotrebuje ke ve funkci gatewey.Dekuji za objasneni teto zahady-pripadne prosim o zaslani screenshotu na muj e-mail.I kdyz jsem seznam zarizeni projel 5x je mozne,ze jsem ho prehledl.Dekuji.

Dobrý den, nedaří se mi párovat tento senzor s aplikací. V přibalené krabici není návod a na uvedeném odkazu External Link toto zařízení není. Zkoušel jsem spustit párovací režim přidržením reset tlačítka na dobu cca 5 vteřin, ale stále aplikace zaříezení nenachází.
