Dobry den, po zapojeni termostat funguje vzdy do chvile, nez v smartilfe aplikaci zapnu usporny/nocni rezim. Po jeho zapnuti vypne LCD display - zustane svitit pouze podsviceni a je videt, ze termostat reaguje (sipkami nahoru dolu jsem schopen docilit zapnuti a vypnuti kotle), nicmene ani po zruseni usporneho/nocniho rezimu se jiz nevrati do puvodniho stavu. Pritom z aplikace smartlife jde termostat normalne ovladat - je pripojen, lze nastavit teplotu, kotel spravne sepne/vypne atd. Prosim, jsem jediny, komu se toto deje? Pripadne je nejaky figl, jak situaci zvratit - nejedna se o softwarovou chybu? je mozno zjistit u vyrobce? Jedine co pomuze, je natvrdo prerusit N a LIN (zjednodusene receno proste vyhodit jistic termostatu) a opet zapnout. Pak termostat normalne funguje do pristiho nastaveni usporneho rezimu. Jak prosim mohu vyresit reklamaci, kdyz termostat pouzivame k topeni? Myslim ze zena a jeste ani ne rocni dcera by z delsiho vypadku radost nemeli :(
