With a simple tumbler system, the whip always serves just the right amout without wasting anything, even when preparing hot dishes. Enjoy Espumas fluffy, delicious sauces, soups and sweet desserts with homemade whipped cream without chemical preservatives!

Quality design

The high-quality stainless steel silver cylinder has an excellent inner finish and can hold 0.5l. The iSi GOURMET WHIP does not contain any harmful substances. The head has a protective silicone grip and a fixed steel valve for easy dispensing. Cleaning the whip after each use is simple and hygenic. Additionally, the bottle containing the prepared food, can be stored in the fridge and will thus preserve all the flavours and aromas. An iSi N2O cream charger is necessary in order to use the whip. The bottle is suitable for dishwashers.
