Celé 2 měsíce dodání? Opravdu už konečný termín? Tato sluchátka jsem si objednal již 28.2.2020 (Objednávka 198 011 371), zaplatil je a očekával jejich dodání 7.3.2020, tak jak bylo Vaším obchodem inzerováno. Opravdu velmi neprofesionální přístup jedničky v on-line prodeji. Jsem Vaším zákazníkem, kupuji i jiné položky. Neustále mi chodí Vaše maily k ohodnocení spokojenosti zákazníka, avšak Váš kontakt a informovanost k zákazníkovi ve věci nedodání zboží je nulový a tudíž žalostný. Je to snad už 6-té prodloužení termínu. Dávejte objektivní informace o datu dodání a žádám i o písemné vysvětlení, ev. o řešení dalšího postupu. Děkuji
