Multi Complete for Men
A complex of vitamins and minerals in an optimal daily dose specifically for men, enriched with Siberian ginseng extract, lutein, lycopene, and choline. Vitamin A supports the maintenance of good vision. Vitamins C and E contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid and niacin help with exhaustion and fatigue. Vitamin D3 maintains healthy bones, muscles, teeth, and proper immune system function. Free from gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours, and preservatives.

Recommended Dosage
1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines. For use beyond 1 month, consult a doctor.
Warning
Not suitable for children. The iron content in this supplement poses a serious risk of harm to children's health. If you are taking blood-thinning medication, have an acute infection, high blood pressure, liver disease and/or have experienced hypersensitivity to any ingredient, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
