JAMIESON Omega-3 Select contains essential fatty acids obtained from unique natural sources of anchovies, sardines and mackerel. DHA contributes to correct brain function and good eyesight. EPA and DHA support optimal heart function, help maintain the correct ratio of LDL and HDL cholesterol and have long-term anti-inflammatory effects. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
