Dobrý deň, kúpil som si tieto sluchátka a hrali všetko pekne ale na druhý deň od dodania prestalo ísť lavé sluchátko, vyzerá to ako keby nechytalo signál na bluetooth, snažil som sa ho aj reštartovať a nepomohlo to. Za prípadnú radu ďakujem.

Dobrý den, dostala jsem tato sluchátka od manžela, ale zlobí mi párování s počítačem. Nejdříve se nedaří vůbec spárovat, po složité opakované snaze úspěch, ale při dalším zapnutí počítače už to nešlo, a znovu se mi to spárovat nepodařilo. Je na to nějaký návod? V návodu k zařízení jsem to nenašla. Děkuji

Dobrý den, před 2 měsici jsem si koupila bezdratová sluchatka JBL Live Free + NC. Tato sluchatka jsem si vybrala práve kvůli aktivnimu potlačeni hluku a taky, že JBL je znamá značka, kvůli kvalitě sveho zvuku. ANC u sluchatek ze začatku fungovalo hezky, ale teď uz slyšim skoro všechen hluk okolo. Myslite ze se s tím dá něco dělat nebo je můžu zkusit reklamovat? Využivam je hlavně v malinko hlučnějši práci a ten ruch okolo mi vadi. Děkuji moc za odpověď a přeji hezký zbytek dne. Hanusová

Dobrý deň, spároval som tieto slúchadlá cez bluet. s TV Sony KD55XE9305BAEP. Je tam tak výrazné oneskorenie zvuku oproti obrazu, že sa na to nedá pozerať. Skúšal som aj iné rádovo lacnejšie bluet. slúchadlá a tie idú skoro s nulovým a teda úplne s nerušivým oneskorením. Viete, ako by som mohol dosiahnuť synchro medzi TV a slúchadlami? Ďakujem. V TV menu sú možnosti na takúto synchronizáciu, ale je to úplne bez odozvy na tieto JBL. S mobilom cez YouTube perfektné a zvukovo 5 hviezdičiek z 5! Na bluet. technológiu berme.
