Dobrý večer. Prosím Vás potreboval by som sa na niečo spýtať. Tieto slúchadlá mi začali po cca mesiaci chrapčať pri točení conectoru. To chrapčanie je teda počuť niekdy ak kráčam s tým, že ich mam zapojené. Je to dôvod reklamácie ?

Viem, že je to blbá otázka ale niekoľko krát sa mi stalo, že som si nechtiac kúpil falzifikát a zistil som to neskoro. Preto sa chcem spýtať či ste autorizovaný predajca značky JBL alebo či je šanca že by som si kúpil fake. Pretože mám o tieto slúchadlá záujem. Ďakujem za odpoveď

Mám strach s kúpi tohto tovaru pretože som bol vždy zastanca 90° zakončenia kvôli bezpečnosti pred zlomením kabla. Majú tieto slúchadlá kvalitné zakončenie na mieste konektora ?
