dobrý den, při poslechu hudby vzniká šum na pozadí, který zase zmizí s třeskem při ukončení pisníčky (když BT nic nepřijímá). Jestli je to běžný či mám zboží reklamovat? Děkuji.

Sluchátka se při chvilce ticha (např. mezi skladbami) "vypnou" a poté při jakémkoliv systémovém zvuku nebo pokračování v přehrávání s lupnutím a poměrně silným šumem opět naskočí. Je toto běžné, nebo je to vada konkrétního kusu? Tento problém je jak při spárování s windows, tak s mobilem.

Dobrý den.Již po 2.se mi stalo,že jsem nechala sluchátka přes noc na nabíječce a následně nejen že nešly zapnout,ale ani se nerozsvítila kontrolka při nabíjení.Poprvé prý stačilo zkontrolovat kabílky uvnitř,ale nyní se zdá,že je vše uvnitř neporušené.Sluchatka již nejsou v záruce,proto se ptám,zda jsou nějak opravit? Dobrý den, dostala jsem k Vánocům tato sluchátka a musím říct, že fungovala týden opravdu velmi dobře. Jenže problém je v tom, že když jsou teď vybitá a zapojím je na nabíječku, tak se světýlko, které ukazuje, že se sluchátka nabíjejí, vždy vypne a sluchátka se nenabíjejí. Jde s tím něco udělat? Přejde to? Nebo mám sluchátka reklamovat? Předem děkuji za odpověď.
