JUKL Fyrosan Magnesium Tablets
Fyrosan Magnesium is recommended as a suitable source of magnesium. Magnesium is involved in approximately 350 metabolic reactions. It plays a role in our body's protective processes. It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and plays an important role in regulating growth, influencing metabolism and cell activity. Analgesics cause the greatest magnesium deficiency. Magnesium also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports normal muscle function, and maintains healthy bones and teeth. It is very important to take magnesium along with calcium in a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, and to increase your intake of vitamins E, C, B2 and B6.

Recommended Dosage
1 tablet 1–3× daily before meals.
