Ahoj. Potreboval jsem vyresit prihlasovani otiskem prstu do Win10. Tento produkt vsak hlasi, ze neni kompatibilni s funkci windows Otisk Prstu. Ma nekdo nejakou zkusenost, co s tim? Dekuji Lee.

I přes stížnosti 2 zákazníků, jak jsem si teď všiml, píšete v popisu pořád "Poskytuje škálovatelný přístup mimo počítače k počítači a platformám Windows včetně biometrických přihlašovacích údajů pro systém Windows Hello." Je možná výměna za jinou čtečku, která opravdu podporuje Windows Hello?

V nadpisu je nesprávně uvedeno, že dongle podporuje MacOS, což není pravda, výrobce to jasně deklaruje "Answer: No, currently we only support Windows 10, 8.1 and 7.". Stěžuje si tu X lidí, přesto to neopravíte, trváte na svém.

Píšete, že podporuje mac os a výrobce píše, že mac os není podporováno. Je mi čtečka otisku na nic. Vyhozené peníze oknem.
