Preparation and dosing

To prepare 4 servings of ice cream, mix 5 level scoops (5 × 15 g) in 50 ml of cold water and pour into a blender. Add 100 ml of 31% cream, 75 g of Greek-type yoghurt and mix. Pour the prepared mixture into 4 molds, put in the freezer and let it solidify for at least 5 hours. You can also use an ice cream maker to make ice cream.
