KetoMix protein cereal porridge is suitable not only for those who follow the ketone diet. You can incorporate it into your diet from the first phase of the KetoMix diet.
Porridge is great for breakfast and snacks even if you don't have time to prepare lunch or dinner, because you can make it in a minute. In 100 g there are 68 g of protein and 8.1 g of fibre. Even vegetarians will appreciate it.

Milk protein (emulsifier: lecithins), soy protein (emulsifier: soya lecithin), flavouring (contains barley), inulin, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan; anti-caking agents: potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate; salt, oat flakes (1%), vitamin and mineral mixture: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B9 (pterolmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B8 (biotin), vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin); maltodextrin, sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame potassium; dye: beta carotene.
Preparation and dosing
Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 120 ml of water. Stir well, ideally in a shaker. You can leave the porridge to chill in the fridge.
