Protein chive and onion omelette KetoMix is suitable not only for those who follow the ketone diet. You can include it in your diet from the first phase of the KetoMix diet, fully replacing up to 5 of its daily meals.

Omelette is great for breakfast and dinner, plus it's ready in minutes. You can supplement it with vegetables, mushrooms or enjoy it alone. In 100 g there are 63 g of protein and 2.1 g of fibre, In addition, it contains vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 and a range of minerals. It is also suitable for coeliacs, as it is gluten-free, as well as for vegetarians.

Ingredients

Dried egg whites, dried egg yolk, milk protein, onions (8,5 %), sunflower oil, natural aroma, spices and herbs (chives 1,5 %, turmeric, Garlic, black pepper), salt, glucose syrup, minerals (potassium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, ferrous fumarate, Zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite) modified starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, maltodextrin, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12, D3, K).

Preparation and dosing

Add 210 ml of water and 25 g of the mixture to the shaker and stir. Pour a drop of oil into the hot pan and blend. Fry for 4 minutes under the lid, then turn the omelette over and fry for a further 3 minutes.
