The Kinetic Rock and Roll T-2800/Smart is a top training tool not only for professional cyclists for their home-based training, but also for enthusiastic cycling fans who do not go out on their bicycle in bad weather but still want to stay in shape. Kinetic Rock and Roll is the absolute leader among training devices. It offers you a perfect riding simulation experience, the same as when riding on the road. It is the only trainer in the world to offer an "uphill" inclination feature. The trainer features ergonomic rubberised knobs and feet and with improved side to side motion allowing more freedom of movement without sacrificing stability.
When riding on a treadmill, you strengthen your legs, maintaining the balance of the muscles in the middle of your body. Using a trainer, you train not only in technique, but also balance and pedalling. You also strengthen your performance, especially with long motions when out of the saddle. The Kinetic Rock and Roll is equipped with the inRIDE application, a great watt meter that measures power, cadence, speed and distance travelled.

Unique features and equipment
When riding, it uses a liquid silicone as a resistive unit, which does not lose its density when heated and offers stable resistance when riding. Furthermore, the trainer is equipped with a steel flywheel in the range 2.8 to 8.2kg for a very smooth, quiet and realistic riding pleasure. The trapezoidal structure is very stable due to the large base area, resistant to even aggressive saddle riding. The bike trainer is compatible with all wheels from 20" to 29" and is also suitable for tandem wheels. For 20" and 24" wheels, the adapter must be used.
