Dobrý den, mám problém s přidáním operační paměti do PC konfigurátoru. Po rozkliknutí v konfigurátoru označí paměti typu DDR5 kompatibilní s mnou vybranou základní deskou a CPU (MSI MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK WIFI+Intel Core i7-12700KF) ale u všech pamětí DDR5 chybí kolonka přidat do sestavy a odpovídající kolonka chybí i po rozkliknutí stránky s detaily operační paměti. Navíc po rozkliknutí stránky s detaily RAM zmizí rozhraní PC konfigurátoru na levé straně obrazovky. Paměti typu DDR4 atd. kolonku přidat do sestavy mají ale ty zase nejsou kompatibilní se základní deskou. Prosím o radu zda jsem neudělal chybu při výběru desky, která nepodporuje vybranou RAM nebo zda je chyba na straně alzy, děkuji.
