In the yoghurt, the fermentation process begins immediately, and in 10-12 hours, the yoghurt is finished. You do not need any electrical current. With the joghurt maker, you can prepare up to 1 litre of yoghurt at a time.

Operating Instructions:
The milk should first be warmed, depending on the type of bacteria, to a temperature in the range of 40° to 90°C. Subsequently pour it into the yoghurt jars and add probiotic or traditional cultures. Close the container and place it at room temperature.
