All lovers of dairy products will surely want to take advantage of the Klarstein Milchstraße yoghurt maker, which will allow you to prepare tasty, healthy, and most importantly, home-made yoghurts. If you want home-made yoghurt full of high-quality protein, calcium and dairy cultures, just keep Klarstein yoghurt, UHT milk and lactic acid bacteria on hand. In the yoghurt, the fermentation process begins immediately, and in 10-12 hours, the yoghurt is finished. You do not need any electrical current. With the yoghurt maker, you can prepare 7 jars of yoghurt, each with volumes of 190ml. There is also a timer that can be set for hours.
Operating Instructions:
The milk should first be warmed, depending on the type of bacteria, to a temperature in the range of 40° to 90°C. Subsequently pour it into the yoghurt jars and add probiotic or traditional cultures. Close the container and place it at room temperature.
