Dobrý den, loni před vánoci stálo (zlevněné) pouzdro 300 Kč. Není proto informace o slevě (-63%) zavádějící? (Podle mých propočtů je to 100% přirážka a ne sleva). Je možné, že jde o slevu oproti zaváděcí ceně, každopádně je dost zavádějící, když oproti ceně loni je cena 2x vyšší. (Mimochodem černé nabízíte za 99 Kč https://www.alza.cz/camera-case-kodak-ektra-cerny-d5252374.htm ) Můj dotaz tedy zní: Co znamená u vašich slev výše slevy v procentech? Oproti jaké ceně onu slevu uvádíte? Jde o slevu oproti zaváděcí ceně? Nebo jde o slevu "před posledním zlevněním" (tak se totiž, podle mě, ona procentuelní cifra tváří)? Pokud jde o slevu oproti zaváděcí ceně, pak je důležité znát datum zaváděcí ceny (jinak jako zákazník netuším o jak výhodnou slevu jde a vaše uváděná procenta jsou jen matoucí). Děkuji.

Dobrý den, telefon má v obalu zakrytý senzor světla a je tak stále tmavý i když je obal otevřený, je to běžný problém nebo mám obal reklamovat?
