Korg's modwave synthesizer takes the legendary DW-8000 and transforms it into a modern monster synth with incredibly deep wavetable oscillators, great filters, wild and flexible modulation, unrivalled polyphony, extensive patterning sequencing and convenient controls. This provides unique, powerful and easily customizable sounds and phrases.
Modwave also comes with two unique dynamic motion creation tools - Kaoss Physics and Motion Sequencing 2.0. The Kaoss Physics combines the X/Y Kaoss pad with modulation to create a responsive, interactive controller that is not only powerful but also very fun. Motion Sequencing 2.0 brings organic, continuously evolving Wave Sequencing 2.0 patterns from wavestate to the world of motion sequencing, including multiple layers and real-time recording, to help you create a comprehensive, evolving phrases, that other sequencers can't.
