Dobrý den. Co znamená, že sluchátka mají doživotní záruku? Co když se pokazí například po 10 letech, lze je potom ještě někde nějak reklamovat / opravit / vyměnit ?

Dobrý den, objednal jsem si tyto sluchátka po internetu. Dotaz zní, co když mi nebudou sedět na hlavě? Jdou vyměnit? Takhle "na dálku" neodhadnu jestli mi sedí nebo ne, to je logické. Takže jaký bude postup když zjistím že mám malou hlavu a sluchátka nejdou už zmenšit ? děkuji za odpověd:-)
