Dobrý den, sluchátka Koss Porta Pro jsou super, mám už 2. aktuálně černé provedení s doživotní zárukou. Sluchátka mohu jen doporučit. Když člověk sluchátka často používá stane se, že se mu zničí náušníky, které na sluchátkách jsou. Díval jsem se, že existují i speciální náhradní náušníky, které vylepší vzhled sluchátek, docela škoda, že je Koss nedává už jako v základní výbavě :) External Link zatím jsem nenašel lepší náušníky.

Dobrý deň, pred nedávnom som kupoval sluchátka Koss PORTA PRO s doživotnou zárukou ale keď som chcel zaregistrovať ich nikde na obale som nenašiel aktivačný kód. kde presne by sa mal nachádzať on ?

Dobrý deň, zakúpil som si u Alza.cz sluchátka Koss PORTA PRO s doživotnou zárukou. Jedno zo sluchátok mi po 2 rokoch prestalo hrať. Rád by som teda uplatnil doživotnú záruku. Mám sluchátka doniesť k vám na predajňu (Holešovice) a tam mi to kolegovia budú vedieť vybaviť? Vďaka za info

Dobrý den, mám dotaz ohledně výměny zakoupeného zboží. Před několika lety jsem si u Váš zakoupil Koss Porta PRO na která jste mi po třech reklamacích dali doživotní záruku. Zboží je v naprostém pořádku a funkční, jen by mne zajímalo, zda je nějakým způsobem možné výměna barvy. Mám modrou verzi a měl bych zájem o bílou, je to možné? Děkuji za odpověď, Kareta
