Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat, jestli je doživotní záruka vedena u Alza.cz nebo je vedena u jiné firmy a případné reklamace je nutné řešit s jinou firmou (například s dodavatelem sluchátek KOSS pro českou republiku Eurostar Ostrava spol. s r.o.). Pokud se tedy u sluchátek vyskytne problém hodný reklamace, stačí je donést na pobočku Alzy nebo je třeba je odeslat jiné třetí straně?
