Ako mam postupovat v pripade ze som si zakupil Koss Porta Pro s dozivotnou zarukou a na stranke External Link som pri zadani registracneho kodu dostal chybove hlasenie ze aktivacny kod je neplatny? Skontroloval som ho pismeno po pismene, 10x, je to kod, a zadany kod suhlasi s tym, ktory som dostal so sluchadlami.

Dobrý deň. V decembri 2020 som kúpil tieto slúchadlá s doživotnou zárukou. Hned po rozbalení som chcel zaregistrovať moju doživotnú záruku, ale pri registrácii na webovej stránke čo je uvedené na kartičke v aktivačným kódom mi vypisuje, že mám neplatný aktivačný kód (viackrát som kontroloval či som všetko zadal správne). Pred tým než zavolám na t.č. čo je uvedené na kartičke, chcel by som sa opýtať najprv Vás, či by Ste vedeli vysvetliť prečo sa to stalo, alebo mám zavolať na to číslo?
