Dobrý den, chci si zakupit sluchátka a prioritou pro mě je, zda je slyšet zvuk ven. Tedy pokud je budu mít na uších a hudbu poslouchat dosti hlasitou, zda půjde slyšet zvuk i pro lidi v okolí. Děkuji

Dobrý den, zvažuji zakoupení sluchátek Koss UR/20 se zárukou 24 měsícu, nebo se zárukou doživotní. Je prosím v doživotní záruce zahrnuto například i odloupávání koženky ze sluchátek?

Zdravím, produkt „Koss UR/20 (doživotní záruka)“ nie je dohľadateľný prostredníctvom aplikácie na platforme android, skúšal som to na dvoch zariadeniach s aktualizovanou aplikáciou Alza a ani na jednom som sa k danému produktu nevedel dopítrať ani manuálne ani prostredníctom linku (odkazu). Nakoľko potrebujem daný produkt objednať práve prostredníctvom spomínanej aplikácie, poprosil by som Vás o nápravu a prípadné vyjadrenie, či pozorujete rovnakú chybu. Ďakujem.

Zakoupila jsem u vás tento model sluchátek s uváděnou doživotní zárukou. Na výrobku ovšem NENÍ etiketa s aktivačním kódem, který je pro nutný pro registraci výrobku na External Link tím pádem nemohu doživotní záruku uplatnit. Kam z krabice zmizela etiketa? Můžete mi toto vysvětlit?

Když kliknu na odkaz "záruka 24 měsíců", tak se dostanu na stránku https://www.alza.cz/warranty/47170.htm jenže na ní není vůbec nic. Podobně když mám sluchátka již zakoupená a kliknu na odkaz "reklamovat", tak se dostanu na prázdnou stránku. Jak to tedy s reklamací u těchto sluchátek u Alza.cz vlastně je?
