Dobrý den, je možné, že součástí balení nedopatrenim nebyl volič nastavení pěnění mléka? Funkčně i pohledově prostě chybí. Je v takovém případě nutné celý pristroj opět zabalit, dovést na prodejnu, nechat jej tam a vyřídit standardně reklamaci? Nebylo by možné chybějící komponent doposlat? Děkuji

Vracím sem svou otázku na experta KRUPS, který ji sice ignoruje a Alza ji smazala, nicméně mne stále zajímá, jak je to s tou slibovanou pěnou u tohoto přístroje. Když to, že nepění není důvod pro uznání reklamace. Děkuji a věřím, že tentokrát se mi odpovědi dostane.

Dobrý den, u latte ani cappucina není téměř žádná pěna, max. 5 mm. Můžete mi prosím poradit čím by to mohlo být? Jinka je kávovar super, ale ta pěna mi moc chybí. Děkuji.
