Mám krátce tento kávovar a měla bych pár dotazů: 1) jak vyčistím odkapávací tácek? vodu vyleju, ale nejde mi nijak rozebrat, abych ho vyčistila uvnitř 2) po přípravě mléčných nápojů provedu proplach, sejmu přední kryt systému trysek, rozeberu a vyjmuté části propláchnu pod vodou. Ovšem v nerozebíratelné části uvnitř v okolí trysek zůstává mléko. Musím tedy po každém použití mléka udělat kromě proplachu i "čištění okruhu mléka", které se provádí přes menu - údržba? 3) latte machiato a capuccino - příprava u tohoto kávovaru probíhá stejně, nejprve našlehané mléko, potom káva. U machiata je to správně, o všem u cappuccina by to mělo být obráceně, nejprve káva potom mléko. Takto v nich nevidím moc rozdíl. 5) Je normální, že při napozštění šlehaného mléka přístroj vydává dost nepříjemný zvuk? Děkuji za odpověď Iva

Zdravím, pořídil jsem si Krups EA891C10 a v baleni kde je hadička na mléko je i černý plast jedná strana je plochá a druhá jakoby asi maticový klíč. K čemu slouží? Děkuji

Dobrý den, z úplně nového kávovaru teče voda. Předpokládám že těsnění vzadu u nádobky bude asi špatné. Lze to snadno vyměnít, abych to hned nemusel reklamovat?? Stalo se to ještě někomu ?

Po mesiaci prestal kávovar robiť penu, pri cappuccino pekne urobil kávu v odtieňoch s krásnou penou, teraz je z toho klasická biela káva bez peny, kávovar vždy prepláchnem, ručné vyčistím mliečny systém a nič, poprosím ako docieliť znovu tu úžasnú kávu. Nastavenie pri cappuccino mam 29 s. ĎAKUJEM.

Dobrý den, Asi měsíc po zakoupení již nevyrábí pěnu, ale pouze vyteče ohřáté mléko. Tento problém je opakující se a dost zásadní. Co s tím?

Dobrý den, při prvním nastavení jsem zadala měrnou jednotku ml. Za nekolik dní při opravě nastaveni se jednotka změnila na oz a vrácení na ml se nedaří. Jinak jsem velmi spokojená.
