Maintenance and cleaning is a key parameter of coffee machines that affects their life, performance and beverage quality. There are several features and systems that facilitate the maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, such as the descaling system and the self-cleaning system.
The diameter of the lever is an important parameter in lever coffee machines, which affects compatibility with portafilters and filter baskets. This variable is important for achieving the correct pressing of the coffee during espresso preparation and determines the pressure applied to the coffee during extraction. The length of the lever can affect comfort and control during use. A longer lever provides more leverage, making it easier to apply pressure, while a shorter lever may require more force but offers more control over pressure. Choosing the correct lever diameter is important to achieve optimal extraction and beverage quality.
