Dobrý den, máme zakoupené hodinky Leatherman, bohužel již ve dvou hodinářství nám odmítli vyměnit baterii. Že nedisponují příslušným zařízením pro jejich výměnu. Je možné požádat o kontakt. Kde je možné nechat vyměnit baterii. Děkuji Šindelářová

Dobrý den, po zakoupení náramku, jsem na krabičce ani v krabičce u náramku nenašel registrační číslo pro zaregistrování výrobku u výrobce. Pouze po registraci lze uplatnit 25 let záruky deklarované výrobcem. Mám náramek reklamovat? Děkuji
