Dobrý den, rád nakupuji ve vašem obchodě a mrzí mě, že si nedáváte záležet na popisu vlastností parametrů. Podáváte milné informace je to celkem hodně velký "úlet". Ve vlastnostech popisujete, že má OPTICKÝ ZOOM. Ať jsem hledal u výrobce a všude na netu, vždy se jen jednalo o 5x digitální zoom a to pouze v rozlišení FHD. Psát si o tom jaký je to "megarozdíl" nemusíme. Závěrem jenom napíši: ALZO stejně tě neopustím! Good luck.

Dobrý den, pořídila jsem si tuto kameru. Skvěle ostří na blízko, ale nedaří se mi dohledat nastavení, aby patřila i z větší dálky, cca 2-3 metry. Když ji připojím k PC, nedaří se mi vůbec dohledat její nastavení. Předem děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mám poněkud nejasno v tom jaký typ připojení tedy kamera nabízí. Na zadním pohledu je patrné, že je na těle USB-C konektor na katalogovém listu je uvedeno následující: Připojení USB-A s technologií plug-and-play, podporuje USB-C s adaptérem třetí strany (není přiložen). V popisu kamery je napsáno USB3.0. Co tedy budu potřebovat za kabel, pokud budu potřebovat prodlužku USB? A jaké zakončení je na kabelu dodaném přímo s kamerou? Děkuji.
